By using Telepatiq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Description of Service

Telepatiq is a web platform that allows encrypted messaging between users. Each user authenticates using Google and receives a unique 10-character contact key. Only the most recent message is stored; previous ones are deleted.

User Responsibilities

• Do not use Telepatiq for illegal or harmful activities.
• Do not share your contact key publicly unless you consent to being contacted.

Account and Data

Users can delete their account at any time. This action permanently deletes all associated data. Email addresses used for deleted accounts may not be reused for 3 months.

Security

Messages are encrypted end-to-end. Telepatiq does not store unencrypted messages and cannot access their content.

Liability Disclaimer

Telepatiq is not liable for damages or legal consequences arising from the misuse of the platform. Users are solely responsible for how they use the service.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

Telepatiq respects your privacy. This policy outlines what data we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Google account UID
• Email address (no names or profile info)
• Generated contact key (10-character ID)

Purpose of Data Collection

• Account creation and identification
• Allowing other users to contact you via the contact key
• Enabling key regeneration in case of compromise

Message Storage and Encryption

All text messages are encrypted end-to-end. Only the last received message is retained. All previous messages are permanently deleted from the database.

Account Deletion

When you delete your account, all associated data (UID, email, key, messages) is deleted permanently. Your email can be reused to create a new account only after 3 months.

Security Measures

We use Firebase Firestore and Google Authentication. Message content is encrypted and inaccessible to Telepatiq staff. We do not store message history.

Data Sharing

We do not share or sell user data. The only data visible to other users is your contact key.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
